Submitting Test Reports
The City of Gig Harbor is currently using SwiftComply (c3swift.com) for online test report entry. This allows WA-certified backflow assembly testers (BATs) to submit test reports online 24/7, from the field or office, using this application.
Testers are required to sign up at: SCBF Tester Registration (sc-tester.com) to submit test reports. There is a $5.00 per passing test fee to submit a passing test report. All tests submitted must be in accordance with our guidelines and contain all the information required by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-292-036. Our goal with this process is to help BATs testing in Gig Harbor service area by making test report submittals more convenient; be able to submit reports 24/7 from the field or office and receive immediate status confirmation of test submittals. This enhancement also helps the assembly owners avoid potentially unnecessary non-compliance charges and discontinuance of water service.
