Located at 10660 Harbor Hill Drive, Doris Heritage Park at the Gig Harbor Sports Complex is a 2.25 acres community park, opened in June of 2025. The property was formerly working forest land, and was purchased by the city in 2017. This park has amenities that complement the fields built by the YMCA to the north, including a restroom building and concession stand.

The park is named after Doris Heritage, a Gig Harbor native and Peninsula High School alumnus who was a world-class runner.
