SHOENS WAREHOUSE EXPANSION - PL-SEPA-18-0012 | The proposal includes a Binding Site Plan to divide the two existing parcels into four and the construction of 2 new warehouse buildings. The new building on the northern parcel (proposed lot 4) will contain 1,886 square feet. The new building on the southern parcel (proposed lot 3) will contain 2,619 square feet. The two existing buildings will each remain on separate parcels (proposed lot 1 and 2). The parking for the new buildings along with the existing buildings will be shared. A variance has been requested to vary from the maximum impervious coverage limits.
